ご予約いただいた方には、妙見寺の管理人でありレイキティーチャーでもある案内人が、レイキと気功を組み合わせたエネルギーワークと、静かな瞑想の時間へとご案内します。
さらにご希望の方は、パワースポットでの「スプーン曲げ」にも挑戦可能。
普段は眠っているご自身の潜在的な力に、きっと驚かれることでしょう。
Nestled atop Mt. Ochiba in the Arima Onsen area, Myoken-ji Temple is a sacred site filled with the energy of nature and centuries of spiritual history. Begin by simply tuning in—feel the healing power of this land with all your senses. With a reservation, you'll be guided by the temple's caretaker, who is also a certified Reiki teacher. You’ll experience a unique blend of Reiki, Qigong, and meditation designed to realign your energy and calm your mind. As an optional activity, you can even try your hand at bending a spoon at one of the temple’s power spots. You might be surprised by the hidden strength that lies within you.

余田 妙子 Taeko Yoda
ピアノ教師／美容気功師／レイキティーチャー／妙見寺管理人
幼い頃から、目に見えない不思議なものに興味を持ち、気功・呼吸法・レイキを学ぶ。
氣を感じて使うことで、健康維持も美しさも夢も実現できることを知り、実践。
有馬の守り神として、室町幕府三代将軍、足利義満公がお寺の住職に託した「福徳開運北辰妙見大菩薩」を祀る有馬落葉山妙見寺の管理人として活動中。
パワースポットとして評判の妙見寺において、レイキと気功を組み合わせたエネルギーワーク、瞑想、パワースポット体験などを実施しています。
